Everything's good, but I’d recommend boosting the support team for faster handling of questions. Sometimes, queries get resolved quickly, but other times it can take a while to finish.

"No Immediate Help for Tech Issues"
To start off, there's no live chat available to tackle tech problems right away. The ticketing system is just absurd; it takes forever for the tech team to get back to you, and then they might reply again, which can stretch into days. Plus, when you send emails for help, it’s clear they don’t read them thoroughly, only addressing one problem instead of all the ones you mentioned.
Honestly, I regret signing up with Value Hosted and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.

I've had a rough time with this company. I keep calling the support team, but nobody's picking up or helping me out. This is just my experience; I can't speak for other customers, though.

This was my first time using this service, and I gotta say, I'm really happy with it. The hosting speed is solid, the site is always running, and they provide more features than the competition.
